Abstract:	醫療觀光是以醫療護理、疾病與健康、康復與休養為主題的觀光旅遊。近年來醫療觀光已成為一股新潮流，而台灣醫療品質相當優良，若能以觀光帶動醫療暨周邊產業，發展台灣醫療照護特色，可為台灣帶來無限的商機。本研究探討來台大陸觀光客之參與醫療觀光之意願、遊客特質與參與意願之關係，並分析台灣發展醫療觀光之優劣態勢。研究結果顯示，多數受訪者並沒有從事醫療觀光的經驗，有意願參與醫療觀光的受訪者未及五分之一，不同職業、月收入的受訪者對參與醫療觀光之意願有顯著差異。在台灣發展醫療觀光優劣態勢分析中，環境衛生、旅遊產業等為主要之 The tourism theme of medical tourism is based on medical care, sickness and health, rehabilitation and recuperation.
