    Abstract: 本研究旨在針對烏來風景區之溫泉旅遊遊客進行旅遊動機與遊客滿意度的調
    查研究,藉此確認遊客前往烏來風景區享受溫泉旅遊之主要旅遊動機為何與遊客
    滿意度現況。而研究所獲之顯著影響整體遊客滿意度的旅遊動機將搭配研究所獲
    之關鍵遊客滿意度屬性,進行烏來溫泉旅遊經營業者之經營強化因素探討,並提
    具可能對應措施參考以協助業者達成遊客滿意度提昇與企業永續經營之目的。
    研究方法包含問卷調查法、信度分析、因素分析、偏相關分析、單因子變異
    數分析與重要度績效分析。研究結果顯示,顯著影響整體旅遊滿意度的旅遊動機
    構面為「生理因素
