    Abstract: 近來國內社會經濟結構變遷,以致外食人口與日遽增,其中大專院校學生比例不容小覬,學生在校內飲食相關問題逐漸受到重視,如何吸引學生至校內用餐並提高其滿意度,便成為各大專院校經營學校餐廳的重要議題。故本研究希望能探討大學生對於學校餐廳的滿意度與再消費意願間相互關係並建立顧客滿意矩陣,以提供學校餐廳經營與發展之參考。本研究選擇屬性相似之新竹中華大學與台北中國文化大學學校餐廳為研究地點,以便利抽樣之方式於校內餐廳發放問卷,共計發放650份問卷。研究結果指出餐具清潔衛生、餐點衛生、食材新鮮及結帳金額正確四個餐廳屬性是
