Abstract:	本論文係以環境綜合性績效指標進行全台灣城鄉研究，依據自然景觀資源條件、實質環境、人口、經濟、社會結構進行整合性評估。評估結果參考中央及地方環保單位人員、技師、民間環保團體及公眾領袖之意見，以混合式資源分析方法進行國內大規模問卷調查之環境資源研究論文。本研究發現台灣近年整體環境條件有長足的進步，係因政府注重環境保護，惟研究發現該環境條件以資源回收數據為依歸，但是缺乏整體性思考。作者建議需要朝向整體性環境景觀生態發展，以解決目前城鄉發展的整體問題。 We created a new approach to evaluate environmental performance factors and measure the current or past environmental performances from various city and exurban by aggregation steps.
