    Abstract: 海岸紅樹林濕地是重要的生態系,有很高的生態生產力。更具有野生動物棲息、避免海岸侵蝕、消化污染物和水質淨化等功能。在台灣彰化芳苑一帶,農業廢水排入海岸潮間帶導致嚴重污染。本研究以芳苑紅樹林為研究地點,調查期間為2006年6月至2007年5月,共進行五季次調查,建立芳苑紅樹林濕地之底棲生物的棲地模式,找出影響底棲生物多樣性的關鍵性棲地因子,以作為未來在生物多樣性的考量下,棲地污染自淨和生態復育營造之參考。研究結果顯示酸鹼度(pH)、總磷(TP)、底質酸鹼度、總有機物及底質耗氧量等因素為重要影響因子。
