Abstract:	近年來醫療觀光(Medical Tourism)為一新的發展趨勢。本研究以大陸觀光客為潛在遊客，探討其參與醫療觀光的意願及阻礙。本研究以問卷調查方式進行研究，以SPSS軟體做為統計分析的工具。結果顯示有意願參與醫療觀光的受訪者未及五分之一。以全部受訪者分析阻礙項目，其中以「醫療觀光旅遊資訊不足」為最，其餘「沒有時間」、「沒有同伴」、「擔心行程」等亦為重要項目；而因素化阻礙項目，影響參與意願關係最大的因素為「個人特性限制」。 Medical Tourism is a new development in Taiwan recently.
