    Abstract: 本研究旨在研究E化學習之學習表現,本研究傾向(1)了解現階段E化學習與學習表現之狀況(2)討論E化學習與學習表現之關聯性(3)研究人格特質變素對於E化學習與學習表現之影響。本研究以問卷調查為研究工具,透過發放360份問卷調查訪問台灣觀光學院之學生,實際有效問卷為226份,回收率為63%。本研究結果顯示,(1)E化學習的學習滿意度在學習表現中呈現明顯的正相關(2) E化學習的使用頻率在學習表現中呈現部分的正相關(3) E化學習的學習成就在學習表現中呈現明顯的正相關(4)人格特質於E化學習與學習表現的相關性中
