Abstract:	日本語：少子化の進行する台湾において、唯一出産数を維持している新竹市について、統計調査を洗い、地域住民に聞き取り調査を行った。新竹市においては一般に流布されているような出産優遇政策のためだけでなく、会社と社会を巻き込んだ出産奨励の雰囲気作りが顕著であることを明らかにした。 In Taiwan, Birthrate is continuously decreasing.
