Abstract:	近年資訊科技(Information Technology，IT)已成為企業在日常運作上、制定策略以及創造價值必備條件。企業利用IT的程度越來越廣泛，也引發諸多在管理稽核方面的問題，要如何使用IT治理來提升營運效能及資訊安全？因此必須要有制定一套完善的IT治理機制，並建立起IT治理關鍵績效指標評估模式用以評估。本研究使用IT治理平衡計分卡為研究架構，以專家問卷的方式蒐集群體決策意見，並以模糊理論為基礎，發放兩回問卷，第一回模糊德菲法專家問卷。第二回模糊層級分析法專家問卷。本研究提出IT治理關鍵績效指標分別 Information technology (IT) has become the necessary item in the daily operation, develop strategies and creating value.
