    Abstract: 本研究以Kano模式與重要表現程度分析法(IPA)探討公立國民小學行政服務品質。本文之研究對象為台中縣公立國小的正式教師,參照教育部對學校規模大小的界定方式,將台中縣166個公立國小根據班級數分成四種類型進行抽樣問卷調查,總計共取得528份有效問卷。
    本研究結果發現,學校行政服務品質中確實存在二維品質的特性;學校行政人員處事態度與方式深得信賴與肯定、學校行政人員重視教師的意見以及學校行政人員樂意傾聽教職員的心聲為關鍵行政服務品質要素,學校行政單位應優先改善,以提昇行政服務品質與競爭力。
    The purpose of this research is to explore the administrative service quality of public elementary schools by using Kano model and Importance-Performance Analysis. The objects of this research are the public elementary schools’ teachers in Taichung County
