    Abstract: 本研究目的在於探討我國國際觀光旅館產業之分析，運用產業經濟學中Mason-
    Bain 的「結構-行為-績效」理論（Structure-Conduct-Performance, S-C-P），分析市場結
    構、廠商行為與營運績效。(1)以前八大廠商集中率（Eight-firm Concentration Ratio,
    CR8）及賀氏指標（Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, HHI）作為衡量我國國際觀光旅館業市
    場集中度之指標。(2)另採SWOT 及4P 方法探討國際觀光旅館產業之廠商行為及
