    Abstract: 目前,家族企業中存在著契約治理和關系治理相結合的治理模式.就中國的家族企業而言,在初創期,董事會、經理層和家族成員大多是合三為一的,適宜采取關系治理,主要借助家族內部的信任、關系網絡等資源進行治理;企業進入成長期和成熟期,內部所有權逐漸明晰以后,董事會的作用會凸顯出來,適宜采用契約治理.在這一過程中,所有權的變遷是關鍵.現階段中國的家族企業,其家庭價值觀念強、企業規模小、家族控股多的,宜實行關系治理模式;而董事會功能健全、企業規模大、家族控股少的企業,則應該實行契約治理模式.
