    Abstract: 本研究進行考慮包含洩漏與應力等條件之螺旋齒輪泵浦的排量最佳化研究。首先以控制體積方法,推導出齒輪泵浦理論體積流率的數學模式,用來計算泵浦的理論體積排量、無因次排量及流率變動係數。然後同時應用壓力流(pressurized flow)與剪切流(shear flow)理論,推導泵浦齒頂間隙洩漏量,並可獲得泵浦內腔攜油區之壓力分佈。在齒輪應力分析方面,將前述推導的泵浦內腔各部份的壓力分佈,以APDL語言連結匯入ANSYS中以施加壓力負載於各齒輪面上,並完成初始與邊界條件設定以及數值求解,計算出泵浦齒輪之齒根應力
