    Abstract: 本研究考慮泵浦動態壓力、洩漏與齒輪應力條件限制,進行具有卸壓槽設計的外正齒輪泵浦排量最佳化分析。首先應用泵浦體積流率解析公式來計算泵浦的理論排量、洩漏量與流率變動係數,並應用壓力流(pressurized flow)與剪切流(shear flow)理論描述泵浦攜油區的齒頂間隙洩漏量與壓力特性,另外齒輪嚙合區的動態壓力變化也包含求得。而在齒輪應力分析方面,將前述流力分析所獲得之泵浦齒輪的壓力分佈,以APDL語言連結匯入ANSYS中以施加壓力負載於各齒輪面上,以分析齒輪之齒根應力與齒面接觸應力。最後整合輸出排
