    Abstract: 本文主要目的為建立一新的五軸工具機誤差補償機制。就三軸工具機而言,可直接由誤差模型中得到各運動軸的補償量,五軸工具機因同時具有線性軸及轉動軸,其機構間之交互影響造成複雜之數學模型並增加其相關技術應用的困難度。
    在誤差模型中,刀具指向的誤差量與線性運動軸的運動量無關,但刀具位置的誤差量與轉動運動軸的運動量有關。因此,利用刀具指向誤差可直接計算得到旋轉軸的補償量,為維持刀具端點位置不變,應將此旋轉軸的誤差補償量所造成之線性偏移量補正,亦即此一補正量應計入原誤差模型線性運動軸的補償量,即可得到完整的刀具指向與位
