Abstract:	DSP 晶片廣泛用於語音、通訊、影像等數位訊號處理及控制。基於德州儀器 (TI) TMS320C6711 DSK 晶片強大的運算能力，本論文將其運用在數位影像的視覺監控即時處理以及安全的網路傳輸的研究上，提出一套以 DSK 為核心來實現具有視覺影像監控的影像處理系統以及安全的網路傳輸系統，且兼具設計彈性佳、處理速度快及Real-Time 的目的。而因為網路具有的開放性，使得在網路上流通的資訊，很容易地被攔截，產生個人隱私與資料安全的問題；為了確保網路上通訊的安全，密碼技術（cryptographi The DSK chip has been applied on digital signal and control related to voice, communication and image.
