Abstract:	本文利用個人電腦為平台以影像處理的方法來作影像追蹤系統。影像經由影像差分的相減影像及自動二值化處理，分離出物體與背景之後，利用影像處理後找出影像的邊緣，再利用找出的邊緣算出幾何中心的位置與影像的中心位置做比較，在搭配步進馬達控制CCD攝影機作位移回饋，使CCD攝影機能即時追蹤並監控移動的物體。本實驗分為三個階段 :第一階段為背景與物體的分離處理，目的是利用影像處理分離物體與背景；第二階段為CCD攝影機與馬達之間的配合，使攝影機能與馬達轉動做旋轉配合；第三階段則是影像與CCD攝影機之間的轉換，來追蹤 This paper presents an experiment of an Image Tracking System using the image processing techniques on a PC platform.
