Abstract:	本研究以個人電腦作為發展平台，採用影像處理方法與網際網路傳輸，建構出即時影像追蹤傳輸系統。目標物經過移動邊緣的影像處理方法後，吾人判斷出目標物於影像中的位置，並配合自製的攝影機基座，進行追蹤的動作。另外，透過網際網路，將影像利用JPEG2000 的影像壓縮格式傳送至使用者端。本研究實驗主要分為兩個部份：第一部份，為影像追蹤部份，採用影像處理方法判別出物體的位置，進而操控馬達追蹤物體；第二部份，為影像傳輸部份，將攝影機所擷取的影像轉檔成JPEG2000 的檔案格 This research is to establish a real-time image tracking and image transmission system by using PC as a development platform and using image process methods and internet transmission technique.
