    Abstract: 本實驗以利用鎂合金AZ31B在高溫下有較佳的塑性變形能力,因此先採用三種高溫溫度環境下,探討多軸向應變狀態下之氣壓成形特性研究,進而將板片進行氣壓盒狀成形。實驗中所使用為鎂合金AZ31B-O細晶薄板片之板片厚度為0.6mm,平均晶粒大小為5~6μm。多軸向半球成形實驗溫度設定條件以300℃、370℃和420℃等三種不同溫度條件,成形時間為160秒內完成。以實驗所設定之不同加壓成形程序產生不同成形應變速率,將薄板片吹入杯狀模穴中。利用試片變形狀態,探討AZ31B鎂合金在多軸應變狀態之變形過程中,試片半球成形
