    Abstract: 本研究主要探討55%鋁鋅鋼板、電鍍鋅鋼板和熱浸鍍鋅鋼板之板材分別在3% NaCl水溶液的腐蝕行為影響,實驗上利用浸泡腐蝕試驗、電化學試驗(Tafel曲線、循環極化曲線)、SEM微結構等分析討論。然而,其反應速率之快慢,則與其發生腐蝕反應時電流密度大小有關,需以利用電化學Tafel曲線中求出腐蝕電流密度之大小而做比較。實驗結果顯示在不同pH值之3% NaCl溶液中,其抗腐蝕能力由大而小依序為:SECC>SGLC>SGCC;然而在pH=11時,SGLC腐蝕速率忽然提高,所以在此環境下其抗腐蝕能力由大而小依序為
