    Abstract: 本研究採用AZ31B鎂合金H24應變強化及部份退火材於370℃分別平行軋延方向(0°) 及垂直軋延方向(90°),在初始硬變速率4×10-3 S-1、2×10-2 S-1及1×10-1 S-1的條件下進行拉伸試驗,並觀察變形組織之特徵,以了解其變形組織與應變速率、溫度及軋延方向的相關性,利用370℃的拉伸試驗結果,進一步針對未來超塑成形分析。拉伸試驗結果顯示,370℃應力-應變曲線可以觀察到有抖動的情形產生,這是由於材料在拉伸過程產生動態再結晶所導致。材料的降伏強度以及抗拉強度僅隨溫度上升而下降,延伸率則
