    Abstract: 所謂成形性(Formability)是指金屬材料以塑性變形(Plastic deformation)方式製作零件的難易度。金屬材料通常以強度及延展性來評估其成形性;強度代表材料本身抵抗變形的能力,延展性則顯示材料在破裂前可能達到塑性變形的程度。影響材料成形性的因素包括材料特性、變形時所受的應力或應變狀態、溫度、應變速率及板片厚度等參數。本研究主要目的在於探討AZ31B-O薄板之成形性,分別取與軋延方向平行0、45與90的試片,在室溫及250℃下進行拉伸及沖壓實驗,藉以分析此板材之異向性及溫度對變形特
