    Abstract: 本研究使用Hastelloy X鎳基超合金材料,以熱壓縮實驗來探討材料的高溫變形特性。其熱變形條件溫度為900~1150℃、應變速率1×10−3 ~ 1 s−1。主要使用雙曲線正弦函數進行高溫變形特性及組合方程式分析。而組合方程式分析又分為兩種不同的方法。方法一為α為常數;方法二為α隨著應變增加而隨之變化。組合方程式分析主要目的為取得組合參數(應力乘數α、應力指數n、活化能Q和材料常數A),而後進行流變應力預測。同時觀察熱壓縮試件的金相顯微結構,探討熱變形條件及應變對微結構變化的影響。鎳基超合金Haste
