    Abstract: 本論文的主要工作是探討潤滑劑對5083超塑性鋁合金成形特性的影響。實驗過程中,以110-3 sec-1及210-4 sec-1之成形應變速率與是否添加潤滑劑的不同成形條件,將超塑性板片吹製於盒形模穴中。實驗結果顯示,在變形板片與模具底部接觸後的成形階段中,若未使用潤滑劑,由於有摩擦力的影響,變形板片之金屬流是向最後成形的彎角區域移動,彎角處是完全成形試件中厚度最薄的位置,最大空孔量出現在應變量最大的彎角處。在使用潤滑劑的成形條件下,由於潤滑劑作用使得摩擦力變小,最後成形階段,金屬流會由中央及入模角區域
