    Abstract: 本實驗以探討鎂合金AZ31B在之超塑性盒狀氣壓成形特性研究,在實驗中所使用AZ31B-O平均晶粒大小為5.1μm,其AZ31B-O薄板片厚度為0.6mm。成形條件以370℃和420℃不同溫度環境下,再分別以不同加壓程序產生不同成形應變速率,將板片吹入盒狀模穴中,以同條件下針對AZ31B-O材快速氣壓成形狀態。利用試片變形狀態,探討AZ31B鎂合金在高溫變形過程中,薄板片於母模成形性、厚度變化、及晶粒組織變化等情形;藉以分析得知溫度對成形參數之影響。在實驗結果顯示,成形性隨溫度不斷提升,在420℃時O材於塑
