    Abstract: 本實驗以利用鎂合金AZ31B-O板材應用在超塑性成形進行研究與探討,以進行板片垂直滾軋方向(平形板片短軸)及水平滾軋方向(平形板片長軸)應變超塑性氣壓成形實驗,實驗中使用為鎂合金AZ31B-O細晶薄板片之板片厚度為0.6mm,成形條件以300℃和400℃兩種不同溫度環境下成形,以實驗所設定不同加壓程序產生不同成形應變速率,將板片吹入盒狀模穴中,利用試片變形狀態,探討鎂合金AZ31B在兩種滾軋方向應變狀態之變形過程中,試片盒狀成形性及厚度變化,藉以分析溫度對成形參數之影響,藉此在壓鑄、沖壓和沖鍛的鎂合金加工
