    Abstract: 就我們所熟知的絕大部分正常動脈流,其血液的流動特性是屬於層流範圍,但隨著彎曲和分支部分會產生二次迴流,進而形成所謂近似非穩態流。因此,動脈流體的特性會隨動脈外形及條件的改變而改變。在某些情形,不正常的血液動力特性會造成動脈的異常變化。因此,近十年來動脈血液的研究,集中於剪應力和動脈粥狀硬化部位關係的探討。
