    Abstract: 本文以格點法量測I型破裂試件的應力強度因子KI,所採用的破裂試件為鋁合金6061-T6材料製成的CT (compact tension)試件。本文於試件表面沿著起始自裂紋尖端的徑向線上,黏貼一組格點陣列。本文以2D電腦視覺系統,擷取CT試件變形前後之影像,以便利用單格點應變法求取各格點之主應變的大小及方向。實驗結果顯示在三維效應所影響的區域外,所得到的量測應變,可精確的決定KI值。
