Abstract:	彩色濾光片(Color filter)是組成液晶面板的關鍵零組件之一，目前彩色濾光片的瑕疵檢測是在最後成品階段進行人工檢測，為確保彩色濾光片的生產品質，實有必要在彩色濾光片的表面瑕疵檢測上導入機器視覺系統來提昇檢測效率，以避免人工檢測誤判造成之損失。由於瑕疵在不同的光源形式下會有不同的表現形態，所以本文利用透射光和反射光擷取彩色濾光片影像，以確實的將瑕疵凸顯出來。由於彩色濾光片本身具有水平線和垂直線的結構紋路，所以藉由傅立葉轉換的方式於頻率域上濾除其水平垂直的響應，並搭配高斯低通濾波器來保留瑕疵響應所在之 Color filter (CF) is one of the key components of the liquid crystal panel.
