    Abstract: 本文以3D電腦視覺量測I型破裂試件的應力強度因子KI,所採用的破裂試件為鋁合金6061-T6材料製成的CT (Compact tension)試件。本文於試件表面沿著與裂紋方向成60度的徑向線上,黏貼一組格點陣列,接著以3D電腦視覺系統,分別擷取CT試件變形前後之影像,以便利用插補橢圓法決定平面主應變的大小與方向,以求取應力強度因子。
