    Abstract: 本論文主要研究內容,是以玻璃基板做為基材,研究ITO (Tin Doped Indium Oxide,In2O3:SnO2= 90:10) ,及AZO (Al Doped Zinc Oxide,ZnO:Al2O3=95:5)薄膜層,製成太陽能板的特性。其中ITO有較佳的導電性,一直是目前面板產業中幾乎無法被取代的唯一選擇,但由於ITO中的In金屬蘊藏有限,使得近來靶材成本不斷上升,而引起AZO等透明導電材料研究投入。首先將玻璃基板以濺鍍機,鍍上不同厚度之ITO、AZO薄膜透明導電層,將此薄膜透明導電層,做
