    Abstract: 本研究建立膜片式往覆壓縮機之性能量測,與瞬
    時壓力波之訊號,用以協助壓縮機之開發。當設計良
    好時,進氣腔之壓縮波較平緩,排氣腔之膨脹波能提
    昇壓力,而產生順利排氣。當設計不當時缸壓與進排
    氣腔不協調,其進排氣閥開啟過早,而波動增劇,增
    加馬達之負載。參數之探討上以進排氣閥孔大小對其
    排氣壓力之影響最為直接、然而有一最佳之閥孔其效
    率最佳。而閥片形狀之改變,可控制流體在壓縮機內
    進出之時序,對壓縮機效率之改變最為明顯。以目前
    壓縮機尺寸,其最佳之進排氣閥孔直徑為8mm,並
    配合閥片頸寬10mm 有最佳之效率
