    Abstract: 現代電子戰中,雷達的使用占有舉足輕重的地位,。從雷達型號、參數資訊等相關訊息的獲取,判斷其平臺的所在特徵、操作情形,可以替作戰指
    揮官提供可靠的資料以供決策依據,然而傳統的電子情報偵察系統(ELINT)所獲得的資訊,主要依靠單一平臺上感測器偵察到雷達輻射源資訊所提供的報告,對雷達型號的識別難以獲得較好的識別效果。因此,本文根據資訊融合中屬性級融合,提取特徵資訊,利用小腦神經網路來解決特徵資訊裡的不確定性,再使用模糊辨識法則來解決目標識別問題;仿真證明小腦神經網路訓練辨識分析方式對目標識別有著良好的應用具有
