    Abstract: 線性超音波馬達具有很多優點,本論文提出強健類神經網路控制器(robust neural network control, RNNC),經由實驗結果可得知所提出之智慧型位置追蹤控制系統可以精確控制線性超音波馬達追蹤所下達之位置命令,並且當改變線性超音波馬達負載重量時依舊可以達到精確控制目的。
