Abstract:	本研究主要目的是瞭解警察人員休閒參與、休閒知覺及休閒阻礙彼此間之關係。研究對象以全國現職警察人員，採隨機抽樣方式，因警察勤務制度結構上雖然相同，但各地區因治安複雜程度有其不同的特性，將問卷調查分北、中、南、東部及離島地區警察人員，以建立較客觀且足以正視真正的警察人員休閒態樣進行學術上之研究。問卷總樣本數900份，回收問卷812份，剔除收回樣本資料填寫不完全者，合計有效樣本數為778份，回收率90％，可用率86 ％，資料統計分析以敘述性統計分析、信度分析、卡方檢定、平均數差異考驗(t-test)、單因子變異
