Abstract:	人格分類學最重要的功能是「自我了解」，只有先行了解自我生命的強、弱、明、暗、長、短、優、劣、內、外、正、負、隱、顯、剛、柔，才能在熟知自我的基礎上，找到最適當的方便法門，進行生命修復及靈性擴展的工作。所以自我了解是最基礎的心靈工程。而「內在英雄」則正是一套很「好用」的人格分類學及自我了解技術。「內在英雄」根據對人性的觀察及西方神話學的基礎，將人的性格型態分類成六個「原型」，分別是：天真者、孤兒、殉道者、鬥士、流浪者、魔法師。每個原型各有不同的生命課題與涵義。另方面，金庸小說擁 The most important function of the Personality Types's theory is“the understanding of self”﹐that is a very fundamental and essential part of spiritual work﹒And the“Hero Within ”is just an effective Personality Types's theory﹒Through the sight of the“H
