    Abstract: 人臉辨識具有很多應用領域,例如安全監控、智慧機器人和電腦登入等,而環境光線的變化會使得此類產品之可靠度與正確性受到很大的影響。因此,如何對臉部影像進行光線補償是一種很重要的臉部影像分析核心技術。本論文利用電腦視覺處理來開發一種基於單通道訊號(如灰階或亮度)的人臉影像之光線補償技術,主要包含四個步驟:(a)同態濾波處理,(b)比值影像運算,(c) 非等方向平滑化,和(d)直方圖等化。經實驗證明,將本方法所處理的人臉影像輸入給後續的辨識模組,則可以得到高正確性的辨識結果。
