Abstract:	由於台灣擁有廣大的外食族群，超商的熟食商品經常是外食族群的選擇，要在眾多的熟食商品中組合出符合個人一日營養需求以及口味的菜單是一個複雜的問題。過去自動菜單設計的相關研究，主要基於設計食譜的組合，無法滿足外食族群的需求。本研究是基於超商中現有的熟食商品，利用多目標遺傳演算法設計出滿足每日營養需求及符合使用者口味菜單組合。根據實驗結果顯示，多數的使用者得到符合預期及目標的菜單組合建議。
