    Abstract: 科技不斷的進步且變化快速,各家廠商為了讓消費性電子產品能更快的推出到市場,產品開發及驗證時程勢必被壓縮,如何能縮短產品驗證階段的測試時間且不能影響產品品質就變成很重要的課題。
    之前的研究大多以時間成本為考量目標,本研究基於個人電腦主機板在驗證階段,利用多目標遺傳演算法,除了縮短產品在驗證階段的測試時間且減少驗證所需設備的花費。在實驗中可看出經由多目標遺傳演算法中的菁英保留策略、競爭式選擇、交配及突變,可找出多組非支配解,提供決策者多樣化的選擇,以利決策者能做出最適當的決定。
