    Abstract: 本研究利用灰色系統理論的灰關聯分析方法，針對英國經濟學人智庫調查報告中，台灣IT產業競爭力的評比分數進行分析，並探討影響台灣IT產業競爭力的構面中，何者與其他構面之關聯性最高。接著再選出與台灣在IT相關產業貿易進行較頻繁的國家，以整體性灰關聯分析方法，探討哪些國家與台灣IT產業的發展環境較為相似。本研究結果顯示：(1)影響台灣IT產業競爭力的主要因子為人力資本；(2)而在各國整體分析的結果中，與台灣IT產業的發展環境最相似的國家為南韓，其次是日本；差異最大的則是美國。
