Abstract:	台灣是全球半導體與微電子業的領導者，也是世界頂尖IC製造商的所在地。IC Design House 設計的實體電路圖先交由晶圓代工廠生產，經過封裝、測試，之後再推出到市場。在目前3C產品激烈的競爭下，誰能率先推出產品打入市場，就可搶得先機，因此IC Design House必須依靠優良的委外廠商給予良好的交貨品質及準時交貨的保證，使產品快速並領先同業進入市場，以優先佔市場一席之地。為了要能夠有良好的品質及準時交貨，委外測試廠商則扮演了一個重要的角色。本研究利用多準則決策分析的方法，針對IC design While the semiconductor suppliers and fabless design houses are rapidly opening design centers in the world, the IC design industry has become more and more important to the semiconductor industry.
