    Abstract: 將聖經真理與生命教育向普世清楚傳達，一直是基督教熱切追求的目標。從舊約、新約，直到近代，聖經由寫在草蒲紙、羊皮卷上，到透過紙本印刷、廣播電視的傳播，在在顯示教會一直在歷史中運用不同的媒介宣揚耶穌福音。因此，耶穌福音發言人——基督教教會牧執同工如何運用現代資訊科技將古老福音貼近人心，實為重要。
    本研究在探討教會牧執同工在宣傳福音時所需具備的資訊素養內涵之重要準則為何。本研究首先利用模糊德菲法針對資訊素養的構面進行評估，之後利用模糊層級分析法針對構面及構面下的準則進行重要性的排序。經研究結果發現，教會牧執同工
