    Abstract: 高科技產業目前是全球各國推動經濟成長的主要動力,企業必須建構一套規範來導引公司員工,以提昇工作績效,增加組織競爭力。本研究以推行內部行銷理念多年的高科技公司為對象,探討企業的內部行銷、工作滿足、服務態度及工作績效間的影響關係。經由實證分析結果發現:內部行銷、工作滿足及服務態度對於工作績效皆有顯著的正向影響。因此,高科技公司在人力資源的管理上,若能重視這三項關鍵因素,將能有效的提昇整體的工作績效,本研究期望將研究的結果提供給高科技產業作為未來人力資源管理之參考依據。
