Abstract:	由於能源的耗竭及大自然環境之維護，歐盟因應此趨勢進而訂定廢電子電機設備指令(WEEE)及電子電機設備中危害物質禁用指令(RoHS)，故企業於遴選供應商時已必須考慮環境之因素，面對此綠色浪潮，為了不違反國際法規，傳統供應鏈亦逐漸轉變為綠色供應鏈。本研究主要目的為探討現今電機電子產業中，製造商衡量其供應商之關鍵因素，以建構一套綠色供應商評選量表。本研究藉由文獻探討彙整出綠色成本、綠色品質、綠色形象、綠色規範與認證以及交期因素，並於問卷回收後，利用探索性因素分析精化因素。本研究經由四次因素分析後，產生之因素為環 Due to increasing depletion of global energies, European Union has set up Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) to help protect the natural environment.
