Abstract:	近年來科技產業爭相導入ERP系統以期能提升公司競爭力，由於使用者對系統的使用意向會影響系統導入的成功與否，因此本研究的主要目的在探討企業內部員工對於所導入之ERP系統之使用意向，以尋找ERP系統為組織企業所帶來的優勢所在。本研究利用科技接受模式及任務科技配適理論之整合理論作為基礎來發展研究架構，並加入電腦自我效能及主觀規範等影響最終使用行為意圖的外在變數，來尋找影響使用者對ERP系統之意向的重要因素，以為資訊科技的使用行為作更詳盡的解釋。本研究透過以上基礎來建立研究架構及假說並設計問卷，之後針對科技產業之 In recent year, many enterprises in the technology industry have introduced ERP systems in hope of enhancing the competitiveness of their companies.
