    Abstract: 一卡通是高雄捷運系統的非接觸式電子票證,它主要採用無線射頻辨識技術,目的是增加乘客搭乘大眾運輸工具之便利性。本研究利用整合性科技接受模式,探討台灣的高雄捷運一卡通之使用行為。研究模式採用六個構面及四個調節變項,此六大構面分別為:績效期望、付出期望、社群影響、配合情況、使用意願及使用行為;而四個調節變項為:性別、年齡、經驗、自願性。研究主要針對使用一卡通搭乘捷運之民眾進行問卷調查,利用結構方程模式找出各構面之交互關係及調節變項之影響程度。經由研究結果顯示:「績效期望」和「社群影響」會顯著且正向的影響「使用意
