Abstract:	國家競爭力對形成政府策略與經濟發展日益重要。國家競爭力的規則推導與呈現，可做為經濟政策的制定與驗證的輔助。本研究基於MCI-WCY提出最佳化的模型，在14支指標中推導競爭力的層級規則，並將規則以‘IF-THEN’的格式表達2001~2005期間競爭力的型態，如進步型與退步。所推導的規則並可透過多元尺度法呈現在球上，提供使用者觀察國家在競爭力的分佈。最後，我們根據這些推導出來的規則，提出國家群組改進或維持競爭力的策略 A nation’s competitiveness has become more and more important in forming government strategy and business decision making. This study proposes an optimization model, instead of regression model or neural network model, to induce rules for dynamic nations’
