Abstract:	本篇論文的目的旨在設計一系統使得私人區域網路內之網路設備能於網際網路上分享與管理，同時簡化網路設備繁瑣的設定操作流程，使使用者能夠以最少的操作步驟，達成設定分享與管理的目的。本論文以網路攝影機為實作平台：位於私人區域網路內的網路攝影機，透過通用即插即用通訊協定，以及網際網路閘道設備標準設備控制協議，使其能夠自動於私人區域網路內的路由器完成原本需由人員手動操作的複雜設定動作，來達成在網際網路上分享與管理的目的。從系統實際運作的狀況中觀察得到，本論文系統能有效的簡化網路設備的操作設定複雜度，降低一般
