    Abstract: 無線網路通訊的進步及普及,車用電子通訊產品的多樣性也逐年快速的成長,其價格也隨著成長而越來越低,相對應的車載間通訊協定亦順應而生。許多提醒交通意外的研究大多著重於減少廣播風暴及強化傳輸路徑。由於GPS的普及,上述的研究會利用GPS來達成他們的目標,但偵測道路異常狀況的問題卻一直尚未被提出,而本篇論文就是探討此問題。在本篇論文中,我們假設每輛車皆配備有GPS且會定期回報他們的GPS座標及車速。我們提出的系統可以利用這些資料來偵測道路壅塞、道路施工及道路回堵的車況。同時也提供Android上的使用者介面來提醒
