Abstract:	目前網際網路上常用的搜尋引擎Google(www.google.com.tw)可利用文字來搜尋圖片。本論文則提出一個以圖片內容(content)為基礎之網際網路圖片搜尋系統，讓使用者可透過瀏覽器，將所要查詢的圖片，上傳至本線上圖片搜尋系統，將相似之圖片及其網址顯示給使用者，所以整個網際網路就是我們的圖庫，如何有效的對網際網路上的圖片做抓取並擷取其特徵，然後儲存其圖片特徵及其圖片網址，並以輸入圖片的方式來線上搜尋圖片，且從圖片特徵資料庫中快速的找到使用者所期望的結果，是本論文主要的研究目標。
